Changes to Increased Authentication
Beginning January 24, 2016, when logging in to online banking, a member will now enter their PAN number and Personal Access Code (PAC) on a single page. There will no longer be a page where you see a personalized image.
HyperWALLET to Discontinue Offering Service
HyperWallet has informed us that for business reasons, as of February 1, 2016, the HyperWALLET service will be discontinued and no longer available. Please note the following
- No new signups will be accepted as of October 1, 2015.
- Email money transfers (BEAMS) to unregistered HyperWALLET users will not be processed after October 1, 2015.
Please ensure you withdraw any funds from your HyperWALLET account to your bank account by February 1, 2016. If you require assistance with this process, contact the HyperWALLET customer support team at:
